Job summary

Celtic Management Services is actively seeking an experienced Deskside Support Engineer Level 2 to join our client IT infrastructure team in Brussels, Belgium on a full-time 12-month contract basis.

In this critical senior deskside support role, you will be responsible for resolving complex Tier 2 hardware and software escalations, managing enterprise endpoint deployments, and ensuring uncompromised IT operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 4+ years in advanced IT deskside/support or tier 2/3 help desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support for enterprise end-users.
• Diagnose Windows/macOS OS issues, driver conflicts, and application failures.
• Administer Intune/SCCM for software packaging, patching and OS deployments.
• Manage AD user accounts, security groups, and GPOs.
