Technopride Ltd in Bruxelles, Belgium is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to be the primary contact for end users, delivering high-quality IT support across Windows 10/11, macOS, Office and peripheral devices. The role focuses on maintaining system availability and user productivity, with on-site and remote assistance.

You will handle hardware upgrades, troubleshooting, and incident management, working under the Field Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Basic secondary education qualifications such as GCSEs or A Levels.
• Studies in a computer-related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products and operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide 2nd line technical support for end users.
• Install, configure, and repair hardware and software.
• Support Windows and macOS devices across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with field services and third-line support when needed.
• Manage inventory and asset records.
