Job summary

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is seeking a full-time, on-site IT Support Specialist in Belgium. The role focuses on delivering 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and supporting Windows and Microsoft Office environments.

You will install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related peripherals, while ensuring accurate ticketing and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments.
• Fluent in local language and English.
• Residence in Belgium and valid Belgium work permit/authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Support business applications and IT-related user issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors when required.
• Support network, server, telecom, and other IT environments as needed.

Requirements

• Currently residing in Belgium .
• Valid Belgium work permit/authorization .
• Fluent in Local language and good communication skills in English
• Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and professionally in an onsite environment
