Quantum Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist French-speaking customers across the EMEA region. The role involves handling inquiries by phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting hardware and software, and collaborating with engineering for product improvements.

Requirements include a CS degree (or related field), strong problem-solving, and fluency in English and French. On-call weekend rotation is required; work hours align with EMEA time zones. Belgium or UK hires eligible.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or other technical oriented science like electrotechnics or machine building or equivalent educational qualifications
• Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
• Experience with Linux/Mac/Windows is a plus

Responsabilités

• Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone and written email or chat
• Troubleshoots problems with equipment or software and recommends corrective action
• Document customer information and recurring technical issues in CRM
• Mentor less experienced team members
• Participate in on-call rota for weekend support
