Easi SA in Belgium is seeking a Junior Customer Support Engineer to leverage analytical and technical skills to identify customer needs and resolve end-user issues. You will join the Managed IT Solutions (MITS) team and provide top-tier support during office hours, with opportunities to obtain certificates and grow your career.

You will handle 1st through 3rd line problems, document solutions, and assist both remote and on-site customers.

Qualifications

• Dutch or French on a native level with a very good level of English.
• Driving licence B.
• Experience with M365, Active Directory & Windows Server.
• Good problem-solving, organisational and listening skills.
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Be communicative and enjoy customer contact.
• Eagerness to learn and delve into technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from end users.
• Handle tickets that help the customer: recovering passwords, fixing printer problems, creating users, fixing VPN issues, solving application problems, managing and installing laptops.
• Documenting problems and the solution worked out.
• Help both remote and on premise customers with their problems.
• Troubleshooting to fix bugs, network issues, hardware failures.
• Improve standard processes and procedures.
• Be available to end users by phone during office hours.
