Job summary

Huneo Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Trilingual Help Desk Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for ICT issues. You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide remote support as needed.

The role requires NL, FR and EN language skills, with the majority of end-user communication in NL and FR and EN for suppliers. Office-based, with occasional night shifts a few times per month.

Qualifications

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log and prioritize tickets and ensure resolutions align with SLAs.
• Communicate with end-users in NL/FR and with suppliers in EN.
