Cytiva is seeking a Discovery Account Manager to drive customer success in Belgium as a fully remote role. You will expand business within allocated accounts, promoting Cytiva technologies and capabilities to achieve targets withMargin.

You will provide technical support, develop proposals, and plan customer visits, leveraging your sales skills and market knowledge. English is required; Dutch or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences or relevant field.
• 5 years commercial experience, preferably in biotechnology.
• Sales techniques include cross selling, upselling, value positions and funnel management.
• As role is based in Belgium, Dutch/French language skills plus English business proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Represent Cytiva as a primary customer contact in allocated accounts and Belgium.
• Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales and orders with margin.
• Provide technical support aligned with customer workflows to meet expectations.
• Develop understanding of Cytiva value proposition and competitor landscape.
• Prospecting, forecasting, proposals, quotes, and planning customer visits.
