Job summary

Remeha in Belgium is seeking a Manager Service Excellence Benelux to build and lead the service organisation across the Benelux. You will design and monitor systems, processes and teams that deliver a reliable, world-class service experience for customers and technicians.

You will partner with operational leaders, supply chain and digitalisation teams to drive continuous improvement, standardisation and strong KPIs, reporting to the Aftersales Director Benelux and leading a ~12-person team in NL

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in service, operations or a similar environment.
• Experience in a matrix organisation.
• Analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach.
• Experience leading change in complex organisations.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Planning and Support teams.
• Drive process improvement and standardisation across the service chain.
• Optimise planning, capacity management and resource utilisation.
• Improve operational KPIs, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen collaboration between Service, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Improve spare parts availability and First Time Fix performance.
• Support digitalisation and service system improvements.
• Translate strategy into practical actions with measurable impact.
