Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of aftersales experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations, warranty processes, and dealer management in Benelux.
• Experience with international automotive OEMs preferred.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Establish and improve aftersales service systems and standards for Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Manage dealer aftersales performance, workshop operations, spare parts supply, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs such as CSI, warranty claim efficiency, repair quality, and service retention.
• Coordinate technical support, field issue investigations, and escalation handling.
• Conduct dealer training and aftersales performance evaluations.
• Support spare parts planning and inventory optimization with supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with HQ and regional teams on product quality feedback and continuous improvement.
• Support European aftersales operations and cross-country projects as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, warranty policies, and company standards in Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Perform other related duties during the initial 0-to-1 setup phase.
