Job summary

CHEP Benelux is seeking a Field Service Executive to manage key retail accounts and drive operational excellence across BeNeLux. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager to ensure top-tier service and commercial success, traveling to customer sites and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong command of Dutch & English is required.
• Experience in customer service, operations, logistics or supply chain is beneficial.
• Proactive, driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for a portfolio of retail accounts.
• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor account performance against KPIs and drive improvements.
• Visit customer distribution centers and assess operational processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive actions to completion.
• Grow into a commercial account management role over time.
