Job summary

Husqvarna Construction BeNeLux is seeking an After Sales & Service Manager to lead service and aftermarket activities across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Location options include Ath, Belgium or Nieuwegein, Netherlands, with travel across BeNeLux.

You will drive service operations, strengthen customer relationships with dealers and partners, and coach a team of service professionals to deliver superior uptime and growth.

• Experience leading service, aftersales or technical operations in a B2B environment.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve service operation across workshop and field-service activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers and service partners.
• Inspire, coach and develop a team of service professionals.
• Identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer retention and develop service agreements and recurring revenue.
• Use data and KPIs to drive decisions and improve performance.
