Job summary

SKF Group is seeking a Service Solution Sales Manager to expand our service portfolio across Benelux as part of the Europe North West region. Based in Diegem, Belgium or near The Netherlands, you will focus on high-value service opportunities and build strong customer partnerships in priority industries.

You will lead value-based service solutions, map decision-makers, and develop business cases while collaborating with sales, engineering, and service delivery to maximize lifetime customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience in new business development.
• Strong consultative / solution selling capabilities.
• Experience in complex industrial or service sales environments.
• High level of proactivity, drive, and a structured approach.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel to visit customers on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new high-value service business opportunities
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities in C4C
• Engage customers to position value-based service solutions
• Map organisations to identify decision-makers and influencers
• Develop business cases demonstrating customer value
• Develop structured account and opportunity plans to replicate successful solutions
• Guide opportunities from discovery through to closure
• Ensure an effective transition into delivery and identify follow-on opportunities to maximise lifetime customer value
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, service delivery, and partners
• Maintain clear pipeline discipline, forecasting, and reporting
