Husqvarna Construction is seeking an ambitious After Sales & Service Manager to lead our BeNeLux service and aftermarket organisation across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will shape the future of service excellence, drive performance and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading service or technical operations in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of workshop and field-service activities.
Demonstrated ability to improve operational and customer performance.
Excellent leadership and people-development skills.
Commercial acumen on how service drives loyalty and growth.
Experience with customers, dealers or service partners.
Structured, data-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
Good technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment.
Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
Willingness to travel regularly across BeNeLux.
