Job summary

Stryker Belgium & Luxembourg seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of about eight sales professionals, drive the Trauma portfolio growth, and partner with internal stakeholders to execute regional strategies. You will forecast, plan territory activity, and cultivate customer relationships to exceed targets.

English is mandatory; Dutch or French is a plus. The role requires a proven sales leader capable of growing market share in a dynamic MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French skills are a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~8 Sales Professionals and deliver regional sales performance.
• Execute the regional commercial strategy and translate objectives into action plans.
• Deliver sales targets through territory management and customer engagement.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coach and develop talent; build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to drive success.
• Build relationships with key customers and drive regional growth.
