Stryker is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Trauma business across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will drive region-specific sales growth, manage a team, and partner with Marketing, Finance and Customer Service to execute priorities.

Fluent English with Dutch or French is required; travel within the region is expected. A strong track record in sales leadership and strategic planning is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required for the role.
• 5+ years in sales/marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Fluent English and proficiency in Dutch or French (both is a plus).
• Experience with complex sales cycles and stakeholder management.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in the region.

Responsabilités

• Execute the regional commercial strategy to deliver sales growth.
• Lead a team of ~8 sales professionals and develop talent.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build customer relationships and drive market share growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Customer Service to execute priorities.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into actions.
