Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Trauma sales team in Belgium & Luxembourg. You will execute the commercial strategy, drive regional growth and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional healthcare solutions.

You will build relationships with key customers, forecast sales, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Service to maximize market share. A strong leadership track record and fluency in English with Dutch or French are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in sales/marketing with leadership experience, ideally in MedTech/Healthcare.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or influencing others and developing talent.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch or French mandatory, bilingual a plus.
• Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and managing complex cycles.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen; able to analyze sales data.
• Experience in territory planning, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel in the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~8 Sales Professionals and drive regional sales performance.
• Execute the commercial strategy and translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Deliver regional sales targets through territory management and engagement.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Coach and develop talent, with succession planning and performance feedback.
• Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with marketing, finance and service.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities to support regional decisions.
• Collaborate across regions to share best practices and drive cross-divisional success.
