Job summary

Stryker Belgium is seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to lead the Trauma business across Belgium & Luxembourg. You will captain a team of ~8 Sales Professionals, drive the commercial strategy, and build strong customer partnerships to grow market share.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will translate objectives into actionable plans, manage forecasts, and coach talent while upholding Stryker's values and compliance. A field-based role with travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in sales and/or marketing with demonstrable examples of leading others.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring or influencing others and developing talent.
• Proficiency in English mandatory; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional sales and marketing strategy to deliver targets and growth.
• Manage a team of ~8 sales professionals and drive engagement and performance.
• Develop talent through coaching, feedback and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Customer Service to execute priorities.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build strong customer relationships and influence stakeholders.
