Job summary

Asap Belgium is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers in our automotive aftersales department. You will manage inquiries from the first contact to vehicle handover, ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate administration and exceptional service for maintenance and repairs.

You will coordinate appointments, keep customers informed on progress, handle invoicing and warranty files, and collaborate closely with workshop colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities needed.

Responsibilities
