Brussels Airlines is seeking Passenger Services Agents to welcome, check in and board passengers at Brussels Airport. You will deliver friendly, professional service while balancing safety, quality and operational excellence across the passenger journey.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, Dutch and French, with a flexible roster including weekends. A permanent contract and opportunities to grow within a multicultural team await you.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• At least 18 years old and available for training.
• Willing to work a variable roster including weekends/holidays.
• Willing to wear the Brussels Airlines uniform and follow dress code.
• Own transport for early shifts (as early as 03:00) for full‑time work.

Responsabilités

• Host, check in and board passengers at Brussels Airport for Brussels Airlines and Lufthansa Group.
• Accompany unaccompanied minors with a caring attitude.
• Assist passengers with Self Bag Drop and check-in processes.
• Provide professional customer service, resolving standard issues and reporting incidents.
• Promote and sell additional services such as upgrades and extra baggage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and operational procedures.
• Communicate clearly with passengers, colleagues and other parties.
