Infinite Aged Care's Mt Lofty Toowoomba home is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to be the friendly front-of-house for the reception and admin area, supporting managers, nursing and care staff to ensure residents receive great care and a welcoming environment. You will interact with visitors, residents and families, follow operational processes, and contribute to running the administration team.

A friendly, proactive attitude and strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong general administration skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Front-of-house face of the reception and admin area.
• Support General Manager, department heads, nursing, hospitality and care staff.
• Assist with documentation, record management and daily admin tasks.
