Opal HealthCare’s Nambour Gardens Care Community is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to warmly welcome residents, families and visitors. You’ll provide essential admin support to keep daily operations smooth and assist with tours of the community.

The role offers permanent full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with an attractive hourly rate (DOE) plus 12% superannuation. Join a team known for compassionate care and welcoming hospitality.

Competenze

• Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role.
• Friendly, professional manner with strong organisation and communication skills.
• Genuine desire to help people and make a difference in the community.
• Proactive, team-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and screening checks.
