Opal HealthCare in Morayfield is seeking a Customer Support Assistant for Morayfield Grove Care Community to be the welcoming face of our team. You will provide essential administrative support and help residents, families and visitors with information and tours.

Formación

• Experience in admin, reception or customer service.
• Aged care or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional manner.

Responsabilidades

• Be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth running.
• Assist with tours for prospective residents and families.
• Manage rostering and payroll tasks.
• Maintain accurate records.
