Job summary

Parker Healthcare, an Australian-owned leader in medical technologies, is expanding its Victoria-based sales team. The Territory Manager will grow a high-potential territory, build strong clinician and procurement relationships, and drive new business opportunities in medical devices and consumables.

You will conduct product demonstrations, guide clinical education, manage capital equipment opportunities and collaborate with the national commercial team to meet territory targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices or healthcare is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a high-potential territory across Victoria.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, practice owners, procurement teams, biomedical departments and other key healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations and clinical education.
• Manage capital equipment and consumable opportunities from initial engagement and trial through to implementation.
• Build long-term customer partnerships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Represent Parker Healthcare at conferences and industry events.
• Work collaboratively with the national commercial team to achieve territory and business objectives
