Parker Healthcare, an Australian-owned leader in medical technologies, is expanding its Victoria-based sales team. The Territory Manager will grow a high-potential territory, build strong clinician and procurement relationships, and drive new business opportunities in medical devices and consumables.

You will conduct product demonstrations, guide clinical education, manage capital equipment opportunities and collaborate with the national commercial team to meet territory targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in medical devices or healthcare is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.

Parker Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Manager – Medical Devices & Consumables to join our high-performing national commercial team and help drive the next stage of our growth across Victoria.

Whether you're an experienced Territory Manager ready for your next challenge or a motivated sales professional looking to take the next step in your career, we're interested in hearing from you. While experience in medical devices & consumables or healthcare is advantageous, it's not essential for the right candidate.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines a customer-first mindset with commercial drive, initiative and a genuine desire to succeed.

You might be an established Territory Manager with a track record of growing accounts and developing strong customer relationships. Alternatively, you may be earlier in your sales career, bringing experience from another industry and looking for an opportunity to apply your skills in the medical devices sector.

What's most important is your attitude, work ethic, ability to build relationships and willingness to learn.

You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people, identifying opportunities and working towards commercial goals. You’ll also be organised, proactive and comfortable managing your own schedule while contributing to a collaborative national team.

Experience in medical device sales, healthcare, nursing or hospital environments will be advantageous, but is not essential. We welcome applicants with transferable sales experience, a strong customer focus and the ambition to build a successful career with Parker Healthcare.

Applicants must hold full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence.
