About You

We are seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager – Medical Devices & Consumables who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, introducing innovative healthcare technologies and identifying opportunities to grow strategic accounts across the healthcare sector.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in medical device and consumable sales.
• Demonstrated success selling medical devices and consumables into healthcare environments.
• Experience managing complex clinical and procurement stakeholders.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent territory planning, commercial and relationship management skills.
• A genuine hunter mentality with the ability to identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a high-potential territory within NSW.
• Develop strategic relationships with clinicians, practice owners, procurement teams, biomedical departments and other key healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations and clinical education.
• Manage capital equipment and consumable opportunities from trial through implementation.
• Represent Parker Healthcare at conferences and industry events.
