Job summary

BD Australia is seeking a Territory Manager for Infection Prevention to lead adoption of surgical skin prep products across NSW. You will engage surgeons, perioperative teams and hospital stakeholders, delivering clinical education and demonstrations to drive adoption in both public and private hospitals.

You will bring 4+ years in medical device sales, a tertiary healthcare qualification, and strong communication and field-relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience with strong commercial and account management capability.
• Experience within medical devices or healthcare sales.
• Exposure to operating theatre environments.
• Experience working with surgeons, perioperative nurses and hospital stakeholders.
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously across a large territory.
• Travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of BD's Infection Prevention portfolio across NSW.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, perioperative nurses and infection prevention stakeholders.
• Deliver education, product demonstrations and clinical support within hospital environments.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across public and private hospitals.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans.
• Support product evaluations and customer implementations.
• Analyse territory performance and identify expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Clinical and Sales teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, account planning and pipeline management.
• Stay up to date with emerging evidence, market trends and competitor activity.
