Job summary

BD Australia is seeking a Territory Manager - Infection Prevention to drive adoption of our infection prevention portfolio across NSW. You will partner with surgeons, perioperative teams and key hospital stakeholders to deliver evidence-based education and clinical support in hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device or healthcare sales with theatre exposure.
• Proven ability to engage surgeons and perioperative teams.
• Strong presentation, communication and clinical education skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of BD's Infection Prevention portfolio across NSW.
• Build relationships with surgeons, perioperative nurses and stakeholders.
• Deliver education, product demonstrations and clinical support in hospitals.
• Identify and convert growth opportunities across public/private hospitals.
• Develop territory growth plans and manage forecasting & pipeline.
