BD Australia is seeking a Territory Manager to drive Biosurgery and Infection Prevention solutions across SA and NT. You’ll partner with surgeons, perioperative teams and healthcare stakeholders to support clinical adoption and favourable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience within medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience managing key or strategic customer accounts.
• Experience in hospital, procedural or other complex clinical environments.
• Tertiary qualification in medicine, healthcare, sales, marketing or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with specialist clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide in‑procedure clinical support and develop knowledge of Neurovascular anatomy, imaging, procedures and Stryker technology.
• Manage an established territory, protecting existing business while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Introduce new products and support customers in adopting new Neurovascular technologies.
• Develop strategic account and territory plans based on customer needs and commercial opportunities.
• Manage product inventory, usage, replenishment and customer ordering.
• Prepare for upcoming procedures and coordinate customer and product requirements.
• Collaborate with the wider Neurovascular team across Australia.
