BD is seeking a Territory Manager - Infection Prevention to drive adoption of BD's Infection Prevention portfolio across NSW, partnering with surgeons, perioperative teams and hospital stakeholders to support clinicians and implement evidence‑based best practices.

This role offers exposure to ChloraPrep™ and Surgiphor™, with a path to leadership in MedTech and the opportunity to influence clinical practice while building a rewarding sales career in one of Australia's largest healthcare markets.

Qualifications

• You've spent the last few years building relationships with surgeons, supporting clinical cases and developing your commercial skills in healthcare or medical device sales.

Responsabilités

• Drive adoption of BD's Infection Prevention portfolio across NSW
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, perioperative nurses and infection prevention stakeholders
• Deliver education, product demonstrations and clinical support within hospital environments
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across public and private hospitals
• Develop and execute territory growth plans
• Support product evaluations and customer implementation activities
• Analyse territory performance and identify opportunities for expansion
• Partner closely with Marketing, Clinical and Sales teams to deliver customer outcomes
• Maintain accurate forecasting, account planning and pipeline management
• Stay up to date with emerging evidence, market trends and competitor activity
