PERSOL is hiring a Territory Manager/Clinical Territory Manager for NSW & North Coast, covering Sydney's North, Newcastle, and surrounding areas. You will drive adoption of Infection Prevention portfolio, build trusted healthcare relationships, and deliver clinical education in hospitals and facilities.

The role is field-based (80%), with regional travel and a view to permanency after six months. A hybrid working arrangement and a competitive package are offered to the right candidate.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare, preferably acute care.
• At least 2 years in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven sales and territory/account management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial/financial acumen with planning and forecasting experience.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Confidence in presenting strategy and business cases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A nursing or medical background is highly regarded, especially Infection Prevention/CSSD

Mansioni

• Build relationships with Infection Prevention and Control practitioners and key stakeholders.
• Deliver clinical education, product demos, and evaluations to support proper use.
