Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the Infection Prevention portfolio across NSW and North Coast hospitals and healthcare facilities. This field-based role focuses on building relationships, delivering clinical education and driving product adoption to achieve territory growth.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with marketing, clinical consultants and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare industry experience, preferably in acute care settings.
• At least 2 years in sales, marketing or business development.
• Proven sales performance and territory/account management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Commercial and financial acumen with ability to plan, forecast and analyze sales data.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare background in Infection Prevention and CSSD or procurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales targets by driving product adoption and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximise business opportunities.
• Build relationships with Infection Prevention and Control practitioners, clinical educators, nursing leaders, procurement teams and other stakeholders.
• Deliver clinical education, product demonstrations and evaluations to support appropriate product use.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand accounts and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical consultants and cross-functional sales teams to deliver solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and account plans, ensuring compliance with company policies.
