Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across Central West Outback Queensland. You will represent Halter on the ground, build strong customer relationships, and execute sales strategies while coordinating with Product and Support teams.

Frequent travel within your territory is required to support farmers and ensure customer success. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share field insights, drive adoption of Halter’s solutions, and help Halter reach its mission of

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with opportunity creation and lasting relationships.
• Familiarity with beef operations and farm-level understanding or strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Expansion: source leads, manage pipeline from lead to close.
• Hitting Sales Targets: meet ambitious growth targets and negotiate contracts.
• Customer Account Management: maintain relationships post-sale and ensure onboarding success.
• Territory Ownership: develop relationships with agricultural groups across your territory.
• Customer Onboarding: support end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Field Learnings & Feedback: gather field insights to drive product improvements.
• Collaborating with Support Teams: partner with Support to resolve issues quickly.
