Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in Queensland to drive growth and ensure customer success across our beef-focused operations. You will execute sales strategies, build lasting relationships, and travel within your region to meet ambitious targets while representing Halter on the ground.

Working with Product, Support and regional sales teams, you’ll translate field insights into value for farmers, contribute to expansion into new markets, and help Halter scale its mission to transform

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Deep knowledge of beef operations and industry challenges; willingness to learn deeply.
• Positive, high-energy attitude focused on outcomes and teamwork.
• Ability to manage a large territory with sales and customer success balance.
• Resourceful and collaborative, able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Frequent travel within the territory to engage customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expansion: source leads, outbound outreach, referrals, events, and respond to inbound queries.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demoing, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Account management: maintain relationships, support customers, and ensure value post‑sale.
• Territory ownership: build deep beef industry relationships with regional groups.
• Customer onboarding: own end-to-end onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth transition.
• Field learnings and feedback: gather insights and share with Support, Product, and R&D.
• Collaborating with support teams: coordinate to resolve issues and ensure customer success.
