Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across Queensland and NSW. You’ll execute sales strategies, build strong farmer relationships, and meet ambitious targets while representing Halter on the ground. Travel within your territory is a core part of the role.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and regional sales teams to ensure Halter’s technology meets farmers’ needs and delivers measurable value. A proactive, hands-on approach is essential.

• Experience in value-based sales with opportunity creation and upselling.
• Familiar with beef operations and industry challenges.
• Proactive, high-energy team player with drive to own results.
• Ability to manage a large territory with sales and CS focus.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and expansion: lead generation through multiple channels and manage pipeline from start to close.
• Hit high-growth sales targets by qualifying, demoing, negotiating contracts.
• Manage customer accounts post-sale, ensure onboarding and value realization.
• Own territory, build relationships with regional agricultural groups and beef stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and deployment, ensuring smooth customer transitions.
• Gather field insights; work with Support, Product, and R&D to drive improvements.
