Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across the Greater Horsham/Central Victoria region. You will execute sales strategies, build lasting relationships, and travel frequently to serve farmers with Halter’s on-ground presence.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and regional teams to align Halter’s technology with beef industry needs, while aiming for ambitious growth targets and long-term customer satisfaction across your territory.

Qualifications

• Sales & customer success experience with a history of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting relationships.
• Beef industry experience or willingness to dive into farm operations to learn rapidly.
• Proactive, energetic attitude, thrives under pressure, and takes ownership of results.
• Ability to manage a large territory with a balance of sales and customer success.
• Resourceful and quick-thinking, works well with cross-functional teams to address challenges.
• Frequent travel within the territory to engage with customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Expansion: Sourcing new leads and opportunities, manage full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hitting Sales Targets: Manage pipeline and meet growth targets through product demonstrations and contract negotiations.
• Customer Account Management: Maintain relationships post-sale, ensure ongoing satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
• Territory Ownership: Own the territory and build relationships with regional agricultural groups.
• Customer Onboarding: Assist in end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Field Learnings & Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share insights with Support, Product, and R&D.
