Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across the North West Slopes region of Queensland. You will execute sales strategies, build durable relationships, and partner with Product, Support and regional teams to ensure Halter’s technology meets farmers’ needs.

The role requires frequent travel within your territory, a proactive, hands-on approach, and a focus on long-term customer satisfaction to support Halter’s mission in sustainable farming.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience with value-based approach and opportunity creation.
• Experience in post-sales value building and upselling.
• Beef industry knowledge or strong willingness to learn.

• Prospecting and expanding through multiple channels, managing full pipeline from lead to close.
• Hit high-growth sales targets by qualifying, demoing, negotiating contracts.
• Maintain relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
