Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across designated regions in Australia. You will be the on-the-ground Halter ambassador, building relationships with farmers, expanding the customer base, and meeting growth targets while collaborating with Product, Support and regional teams.

Frequent travel within your territory is expected to optimize value for farming customers. You will work from bases in Walgett or Moree with ongoing field engagement, and contribute

• Sales experience with a value-based approach and post-sale upsell capabilities.
• Understanding beef operations and farm context; willingness to learn rapidly.
