Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in Australia to drive business growth and ensure customer success within your designated territory. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while representing Halter on the ground across Midlands or southern Tasmania and beyond.

This hands-on role requires proactive outreach, collaboration with Product, Support, and regional sales teams, and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities, closing deals and building lasting customer relationships.
• Beef industry operations knowledge or strong willingness to learn deeply about farm operations.
• Frontline energy and ability to perform under pressure, driving results.
• Ability to manage a large territory with a balanced focus on sales and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expansion: source new leads, manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hitting sales targets: qualify, demonstrate the product, negotiate contracts with customers.
• Customer account management: maintain relationships post-sale and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Territory ownership: build relationships with regional agricultural groups and key players in the beef industry.
• Customer onboarding: support end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Field learnings & feedback: gather field insights and drive product improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborating with support teams: work with Support to resolve issues quickly and ensure customer success.
