Job summary

Halter in Queensland is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across your designated region. You will execute sales strategies, build relationships with beef industry customers, and collaborate with Product and Support to ensure Halter's solutions meet farmer needs.

This on-site role requires travel across the territory and a hands-on, proactive approach to unlock value and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a proven track record of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting customer relationships.
• Experience in post-sales value building and upselling to grow partnerships.
• Knowledge of beef operations and willingness to learn deeply about farm processes.
• Front-footed, accountable mindset with energy and passion in every interaction.
• Ability to manage a large territory with trade-offs between sales and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & expansion: source new leads, manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hitting sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating product, and negotiating contracts.
• Customer account management: maintain relationships, support customers, and ensure onboarding success.
• Territory ownership: build deep relationships with regional agricultural groups.
• Customer onboarding: guide end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Field learnings & feedback: collect customer insights for product improvements and share with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborating with support teams to resolve issues quickly and support customers in your territory.
