Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a proactive Territory Manager to grow business across a Western Melbourne territory. You’ll operate autonomously daily, supported by an experienced management team and a close peer network, in a 12‑month contract that suits a recent graduate looking to jump‑start a career in consumer goods.

You will develop a diverse customer base, use category insights to optimise in‑store presence, and drive displays across supermarkets, balancing relationships with performance

• Valid Australian driver’s licence and full Australian work rights.
• Bachelor's degree completed or finishing within 6 months.

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships within a designated territory based out of Western Melbourne. You will manage your own territory autonomously day to day, supported by an experienced management team and maintaining close contact with your peer network.
