Colgate-Palmolive in Melbourne seeks a Territory Manager VIC to develop a diverse customer base, manage the territory autonomously, and leverage category insights to boost shelf presence and product ranging. You will sell permanent and temporary displays, ensuring full store-network coverage while supported by an experienced team.

The role includes an induction/training program, and tools such as an iPad and a company car to enable success, with ongoing collaboration with peers and leadership.

Formación

• A valid Australian driver’s licence and full Australian work rights.
• Recent completion or expected completion of a Bachelor’s degree (or within the next 6 months).
• Passionate, energetic and a self‑starter who takes initiative.
• Genuine interest in business operations and ability to influence and negotiate with key partners.
• Ability to inspire others and lead from the front.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a range of diverse customers through building and maintaining strong relationships and influencing key partners.
• Manage your own territory autonomously day to day, supported by an experienced management team and maintaining close contact with peers.
• Use category insights to increase share of space in‑store and optimise ranging of our products on the supermarket shelf.
• Sell permanent and temporary displays into all customers.
• Ensure efficient coverage of your entire store network.
• Receive and use tools such as an iPad and a fully maintained company car to support success.
• Participate in a comprehensive induction and training program.
