Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Melbourne seeks a Territory Manager VIC to develop a diverse customer base, manage the territory autonomously, and leverage category insights to boost shelf presence and product ranging. You will sell permanent and temporary displays, ensuring full store-network coverage while supported by an experienced team.

The role includes an induction/training program, and tools such as an iPad and a company car to enable success, with ongoing collaboration with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• A valid Australian driver’s licence and full Australian work rights.
• Recent completion or expected completion of a Bachelor’s degree (or within the next 6 months).
• Passionate, energetic and a self‑starter who takes initiative.
• Genuine interest in business operations and ability to influence and negotiate with key partners.
• Ability to inspire others and lead from the front.
