Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a motivated Graduate Territory Manager to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This 12-month contract role focuses on developing business relationships, managing a territory autonomously, and driving in-store performance for FMCG brands.

You will receive extensive induction and training, with tools provided such as an iPad and a company car to support your successful territory management from day one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of customers within the Territory.
• Manage and grow your designated territory in Western Melbourne.
• Increase in-store presence and optimize product ranging and display allocation.
• Sell permanent and temporary displays to customers and ensure full store coverage.
• Utilize provided tools (e.g., iPad, company car) to achieve targets.

Title: Territory Manager - VIC

Location: Melbourne, Australia

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships within a designated territory based out of Western Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate (or nearly graduated student) looking to kick start their career. Note this is a 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for developing a range of diverse customers through your ability to build and maintain strong relationships and to influence key partners.

• Managing your own territory autonomously day to day, you will be supported by an experienced management team and will also maintain close contact with your peer network. Develop your insights and experience into the competitive Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry by:

• Using category insights to increase share of space in-store and optimise ranging of our products on the supermarket shelf

• Selling permanent and temporary displays into all customers

• Ensuring efficient coverage of your entire store network

• All of the tools required to succeed will be provided, for example an iPad and fully maintained company car. You will be part of a comprehensive induction and training program.Many of our Customer Development/Sales team began their careers as a Graduate Territory Manager, we are proud to say that many have gone on to become Colgate-Palmolive executive leaders all around the globe across various functions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• The Essentials: A valid Australian driver's licence and full Australian work rights are required. Whether you've recently finished your Bachelor's degree (or are finishing in the next 6 months), your ambition and "can-do" attitude are what set you apart.
