Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a motivated graduate to join as Territory Manager for Melbourne West on a 12‑month contract. You will manage and grow relationships within a Western Melbourne territory, developing business with key retailers.

You will use insights to improve shelf space, Drive displays, and ensure full store coverage. A recent graduate with energy and ambition will thrive in Colgate’s global consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near graduation in a relevant field.
• Australian driving licence and full Australian work rights required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse customer base within the designated territory.
• Autonomously manage your territory daily with support from a local management team.
• Use category insights to increase shelf space and optimize our product ranging.
• Sell permanent and temporary in-store displays and ensure efficient coverage of all stores.
