Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager for Orthopaedic Instruments in Perth, WA. You will own and grow the South Perth region and regional accounts with cutting-edge tools and digital technologies, working closely with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff to enhance surgical outcomes.

You will collaborate across teams, drive territory penetration, and leverage financial solutions to meet customer needs. This is a hybrid role with travel within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a track record of hitting targets.
• Customer-centric and commercially minded with territory growth focus.
• Ability to analyse data/trends for planning, forecasting and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and hit territory targets.
• Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide in-theatre support and product expertise during procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Identify new business opportunities and partner with other Stryker divisions.
• Solve challenges with creativity, agility and commercial acumen.
