Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager to own and grow the Orthopaedic Instruments portfolio in South Perth and regional accounts from Perth, Western Australia. You will manage a capital product portfolio including power tools, surgical equipment, and digital technologies, collaborating with surgeons, nurses and staff to enhance surgical precision and patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes field sales excellence, territory planning, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive market

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Customer-centric and commercially aware to grow territory.
• Skilled in analysing data or trends for planning and forecasting.
• Negotiation, presentation and communication skills to build hospital relationships.
• Experience with building and or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.
• Preferred: sales experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Scientific or other health industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of both the public and private hospital sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share by achieving territory targets and business objectives.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide in‑theatre support and product expertise during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and support for accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategically partner with other Stryker divisions.
• Travel percentage of 20%.
