Job summary

Stryker is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager for the Joint Replacement business based in Perth, Western Australia. You will own the Perth territory, drive growth in public and private hospitals, and build strong surgeon partnerships while supporting hip and knee procedures in theatre.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in territory management or B2B sales, a proven track record, and comfort collaborating with clinical stakeholders; medical device or life sciences experience is a plus.

• 3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a strong track record.
• Commercial mindset with end-to-end territory ownership.
• Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets through territory planning and execution.
• Build long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide expert, reliable in-theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures.
• Grow usage across an implant-led portfolio.
• Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team.
