Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join the Foot & Ankle team in Perth, WA. This field-based role offers exposure to orthopaedic surgery and innovative MedTech technologies, with no prior device sales required for high-potential candidates.

You will build relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, deliver demonstrations, and support theatres while contributing to market growth across the Perth region. Travel is 20% to cover Perth and surrounding territories.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, healthcare, allied health, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to achieve targets and drive growth.
• Proven track record building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to identify opportunities and build new customer relationships.
• High motivation, resilience and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth and increase market share across Stryker's Foot & Ankle portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres and during procedures.
• Deliver product demonstrations, education and training to customers.
• Support inventory management and ensure product availability for surgical cases.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
• Travel across Perth and surrounding territories as required.
