Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a Field-based Territory Manager for Joint Replacement to own the Perth territory, drive growth in public and private hospitals, and build surgeon partnerships across hip and knee procedures.

You will deliver sales targets through territory planning, manage pricing and contracts, and provide expert in-theatre support, while collaborating with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of Australia’s public and private hospital systems.
• Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the territory (Travel Percentage: 10%).

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution.
• Build long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide expert, reliable in-theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures.
• Grow usage across an implant-led portfolio.
• Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team.
