Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager for the Orthopaedic Instruments division in Perth, Western Australia. You will own the territory, grow our portfolio across South Perth and regional accounts, and support theatres with expert knowledge and in-theatre assistance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a track record of hitting targets.
• Customer-centric and commercially minded with ability to grow territory.
• Able to analyse data/trends for planning, forecasting and identifying opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills across hospital stakeholders.
• Experience in building or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and territory targets for Orthopaedic Instruments across South Perth and regional accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide in-theatre support and product expertise during procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service for accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and partner with other Stryker divisions.
• Resolve challenges with creativity, agility, and commercial acumen.
